As founder of the UK Bloomreach business, Manley set the tone that would make the UK >30% of the global business within three years. Although technically astute, with a deep domain expertise, it was Manley’s reputation and ability to empathetically consult with senior executives that was instrumental in the company’s growth. He started the UK business from nothing and earlier this year left a business which powers over $200bn in digital commerce experiences, representing 25% of all retail eCommerce experiences in the US and UK.

With an agency consulting background to boot, Manley has worked at an executive layer with almost all the UK Enterprise level eCommerce players, as well as many global providers (including NEXT, Farfetch, Harrods, Kingfisher, Adidas, N Brown, Virgin, All Saints to name but a few).
