Partnerships Manager – The Finance Hive

We are now seeking a high energy sales professional to join our hugely successful team. The primary role will focus upon building new revenue for the business, so the ability to engage and communicate at senior level with gravitas and intelligence is essential, along with exceptional organisation in planning and managing end to end sales pipeline across the funnel. You will have specific responsibility for selling across our Finance Hive portfolio of services including live events, digital events, content campaigns and research projects.

Ideally, you will have great experience in B2B sales services environment talking with senior-level clients (ideally Director / C-suite) from established companies and a proven track record of consistently exceeding set targets.

Customer Success and Membership Sales Manager – The Finance Hive

This role is focused upon growing our membership sales, and then to work with those members to access and unlock the value of our network through servicing them with introductions, content, connections and invitations to both our live and digital meetings. A large part of this role will be on the phone, so strong communication and engagement skills (both verbal and written) are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with an excellent eye for detail.

Ideally you will have experience in a commercial role talking with senior level clients (ideally Director / C-suite) from established companies in a B2B environment.

Skills/Experience:

  • Effective and compelling verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter, solutions driven and a good team player
  • Strong business acumen
  • A flair for creativity and keenness to do things differently

Community Communications Intern

26 weeks fixed term contract, Immediate start.

This role will develop transferable database management, digital marketing, and communication skills. On the job training will be provided for all aspects of this role and it will be a combination of office based and home working.

You will have evidence of:

  • Basic understanding of commercial business principles
  • The ability to produce professional looking documents and handle large sets of data
  • Extremely well organised
  • Must be able to multi task and have the ability to work at pace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills through written and verbal channels
  • Being a self-starter with strong ability to work on your own as well as with a team
  • Knowledge of WordPress is preferable
