Retail Hive Live Debrief: Four ways to engage with today’s connected customer

Over 100 Retail Hive members recently gathered at London’s fabulous Skyloft, overcoming the ‘Beast from the East’ to discuss how we can engage more deeply, more effectively and more genuinely with today’s connected customers.

The meeting was chaired by Andrew Martin CEO, Mike Durbridge, who likened our task with that of ‘unravelling spaghetti’.  Each of the round tables discussed opportunities which ranged from linking our customers offline-online behaviour and the need for brands to strike the balance between making personalisation ‘useful’ and ‘imposing’ to creating the dream team of AI working alongside Actual Intelligence i.e. you and I.
