Certain that there was another way to generate valuable insight and networking for business communities away from the traditional conference model, Sally set up MAiNSAiL with the goal of driving innovation in the events industry. MAiNSAiL also provides consultancy to media owners who want to drive growth and innovation through communities and events and is the parent company of The Hive. 

Noj Mather

Co-founder & Commercial Director

Noj has a proven track record in building and driving commercial teams for leading media brands and companies including  Ziff Davis/ZDNet and WBR across a range of sectors from E-commerce and Magazine Publishing to Recruitment, Training and Events. Driven by the view that building genuine communities is the conduit to delivering real value to an industry, Noj set up MAiNSAiL to realise an ambition of breaking new ground within the events industry. MAiNSAiL also provides consultancy to media owners who want to drive growth and innovation through communities and events and is the parent company of The Hive. 

Julie Nicolas

Managing Director, The Finance Hive

Julie has founded conferences including the EMFX Trading Summit, PensionPioneers and the British Finance & Investment Students Conference. She also served as Senior Consultant to the Financial Times, John Locke Investments and before that was European Conference Director for TradeTech. Julie began her career in the World Trade Department at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry and speaks French, Dutch, English, German and Portuguese. Julie was nominated for the Brummell "30 Ones to Watch" in 2016 has also won the LinkedIn UK Power Profile award for the finance industry.

Paul Kehoe

Commercial Officer

Paul is a sales & commercial leader who has worked for some of the best-known companies from within the media & technology space including 118118, CBS, play.com & Rakuten. His experience spans E-Commerce marketplaces, SAAS software as well as traditional media forms such as exhibitions, conferences, publishing & outdoor. Paul has huge experience & success in creating, leading & developing high-performance sales teams that promote growth.
