On 7th November 2018, we launched our first Retail Hive Live meeting in Stockholm: ‘Exploiting Digital & Data to Engage the Connected Customer’; welcoming over 60 retail leaders from across the Nordic region.

“Amazon; change is coming – be ready!” said Will Lockie, Global Head of eCommerce, Georg Jensen who chaired and opened the meeting by presenting the strategies for growth in an Amazon dominated world.  “Look at how convenient and shoppable you are” urged Will, “if your delivery is not up to the Amazon benchmark your net promoter score will go down.”

The Retail Hive round-tables followed, with members taking part in four discussions on specific topics including; Exploiting AI to Deliver Extreme Relevance, Data Analytics and Insight, Innovation in Delivery and Driving Loyalty and Customer Lifetime Value.

The feedback we received was outstanding; “it was a very interesting and eye-opening day…to see that others across the industries are facing similar challenges and questions” reported Casio.  “[I] loved the energy and diversity in discussions… great to have solution providers more as consultants but not actively promoting their products.” stated Adidas.
